One of the requirements of Grassroots.org membership is to place a member banner on your site's homepage. We ask for this in order to build a stronger nonprofit network.
Doodlekit users: You can easily place the banner by clicking "edit" in the footer section of your homepage. Please add the banner of your choice by just copying the link (not the entire HTML code) and uploading it as an image on your Doodlekit site (click the image icon, then "Enter URL")

Why do we require members to place banners on their website?
By placing a banner on your site, you help us to improve our visibility online. The more Grassroots.org banners on our member sites, the more likely other nonprofits are to find out about our free services, which helps us to inch closer to our ultimate goal of providing 10,000 nonprofit organizations with $10,000 per year worth of free services (for a total savings to the nonprofit community of $100 million per year!)
In addition, placing a banner on your website, you show that you are a full-fledged Grassroots.org member, which indicates to potential donors and members that you are a legitimate 501c3 organization and part of a fast-growing network of social change organizations.
